Internationally, SIS055900 is adopted as the standard for sand blasting and rust removal on the surface of food-grade sanitary stainless steel pipes. This standard is divided into Sa1, Sa2, Sa2.5 and Sa3. The specific requirements are as follows:
1, The non-thoroughly cleaned surface is fully cleaned, grease, dirt, loose scale, loose oxide scale, and loose paint are removed, and the oxide scale, rust, paint and coating that are firmly combined with the substrate are allowed to be cleaned after spray painting After the residue remains on the surface, a large number of uniformly distributed metal spots appear on the surface of the food-grade sanitary stainless steel pipe.
2, Relatively thorough cleaning level The grease, dirt, rust and other impurities on the surface are all removed, and the rust, scale and old paint are removed, allowing shadows or color differences due to insufficient removal of rust and scale. If pitting corrosion has occurred on the surface of the stainless steel pipe, there will be a small amount of rust or old paint deep in the corrosion pits.
3. Thoroughly clean all grease, dirt, scale, rust, corrosion, old paint and other impurities on the surface of the grade, allowing shadows or color differences due to incomplete cleaning, but at least 95% The surface reaches the level of Sa3, and only slight color difference appears on 5% of the surface.
4, The most thorough cleaning level The surface is consistent off-white, with a certain roughness to improve the adhesion of the coating. Grease, dirt, scale, rust, corrosion, oxides and other impurities on the surface of food-grade sanitary stainless steel pipes should be thoroughly removed.
