1. The installation position is lower than the suction liquid level (if the installation position of the pump is higher than the suction liquid level, tank pumping is required before starting the pump). Before use, check whether the rotation direction of the impeller is correct; whether the nut of the inlet and outlet pipe joints of the pump is tightened; and the sealing ring between the pump cover and the pump body is the pump gasket. The parts in contact with materials should be sterilized by steam before use to ensure food hygiene;
2. A butterfly valve should be installed at the outlet of the pump to control the flow. Do not operate under overload conditions for a long time to avoid damage to the motor;
3. After the pump is used, CIP cleaning should be carried out immediately to prevent the material from sticking. Manual cleaning is required if there is no CIP. When cleaning, first use hot water to pass through, then disassemble, use a brush to wash all parts of the pump in contact with the material, then rinse with clean water, and then install it in sequence;
4. If there is material dripping on the ground after the pump casing during use, it indicates that the shaft seal is leaking. At this time, the mechanical seal device on the shaft can be checked. If the wear is severe or the seal is damaged, it should be replaced or ground before use.
