According to different liquid media and different working conditions, we will recommend different pumps. The main selection basis is to refer to the following three aspects:
1-Liquid flow rate. Liquid flow rate is one of the main reference bases for pumps. By calculating the amount of medium transported in a certain period of time, the type and model of the pump can be selected.
2-Medium viscosity. Viscosity is the reference for us to choose the type of pump. According to different viscosity sizes, we will recommend different pumps. For example, for low-viscosity media such as pure water, milk, and beer, we will recommend centrifugal pumps because they are cheap and stable in transportation. For media with higher viscosity such as honey, yogurt, and chocolate, we will recommend rotor pumps, screw pumps, and sine pumps. These pumps are designed to transport high-viscosity media.
3-Outlet pressure. According to different pipeline designs, the resistance in the pipeline will also be different. Only when the outlet pressure performance of the pump is reached can it reach the working condition and allow customers to use it normally.
